Here is a trick I got from a Friend...put the Carob powder in some water first and blend until crreamy. This does help in making recipes that call for carob smoother!

I have been there several times and you MUST ask that everything on your dish is raw and not cooked. And, yes all of the soups are cooked. My favorite is the Power Pizza...pricey but worth it!
