I think Tropical Traditions refers to it as cream, but Artisana and Alissa call it butter and the oil is totally different...check out Alissa's store, they are right next to each other.

make the most awesome almond butter!!!
2 cups almond flour and 2 tbs sunflower oil in fp and out comes 8oz of perfect almond butter!!!
I'm hooked!!

Someone has already checked with Maranatha and they said they use raw almonds but they get heated to (I think it was) 140 degrees during processing. Artisana has a true raw almond butter, but I don't...
