I am on my 18th day, going for 21 this time, so almost done. I feel great, but for last 3 days I didnt to SWF, but senna tea and l lost 1 more lb.
I noticed that tea works for me better than SWF......

I went there with my husband... twice in one day :)))) We ate a lot and even took out some stuff...

We live in Fort Lauderdale... so we dont go to Present Moment Cafe often, but... we have here...

they have nuts and i found there good oil (raw)
they also have spices and last...
