for vegetables celery and carrot wouldn't be bad.
for fruit apples

I agree with this,
but if you do such a fast as you mentioned (organic apples) which is a rather good idea, then perhaps you might consider chewing slowly and carefully seeing as you're fasting....

I used to be an avid runner.
Used to run 8 K everyday... and actually got better at it through time. Were moments where I finished it in 20 minutes or so.
And though it did make me feel better to...

WOW
that's some awesome creative stuff.
I do workout in parks when I stop by one on a jog, however, I never thought of getting that creative! I usually just do dips, and pull ups.
But I'm gonna be...

I myself never overworked out, I did gradually increase my workout limits and tried running faster and quicker at times, however, I do have a friend, and when he and I used to work out, he would work...

Exercise makes you look younger, because it multiplies your skin cells and renews old ones, reaplcing them with new younger ones,
however
here's the theory:
if exercises increases your metabolism,...

I used to eat before running, or rather I ran after eating (in the hopes of burning the fat I gained)
I stopped doing that after several experiences of having to stop by at a fast food rest room...

I'm just wondering, is there honestly anyone who has been a 100% raw fruitarian with no cutbacks or any sneaks and managed to work out for more than a year, or more than 5 months even?
If you're...

I know, but meh. ;)
(@ the "edit" tip)
Other than that, my recommendation is: have jogging is your foundation, and then complement to that with other exercises. Don't be emberassed.

It doesn't take much.
For me personally, all I do, is depend on my own weight:
Jog to a park, do chin ups, dips, leg raisers, jog back, that's enough.
Now combing that with this diet could turn...

To add unto that: jogging is an exercise that works your whole body, including your heart.
Therefore, you can rest assured if you jog and do complementory work outs to that, you'll be fine.

K, here's how I see it:
Moderation is key for everything.
If you rise early in the morning, go for a jog, then do some weight lifting (curls/bench press/squats) along with push ups / sit ups...

I hear you sister!
Yeah, thanks for the encouragement! and congrats on that 5 month completely raw thing! very impressive.
And yeah, I could totally imagine that organic tastes more wholesome....
-
Totally Inspirational!
And yeah, I hear you about the whole - exercise to no outcome thing. I see it that way too, but I also don't wanna go out of my way doing things with the motive of...

Combine Jogging with eating less, that should do the work.
Other than that, feel free to do additional push ups/chin ups/sit ups/arm curls/bench press/squats. Persistance is key.

I often find that people that work out tend to promote meat/protein/fish consumption... Would somebody mind deterriorating this myth?
Is raw eating make you a skinny half-dead person and a meat...

However, that was before I noticed this section of the forum:
My question was to those who eat nothing but raw food... (fruit & veg)
1) How long were you raw for? Were you eating ONLY raw food for...

Hello, and greetings to everyone:
I have a question:
Are there any individuals that eat only fruit/vegetables that are raw and nothing processed at all?
Is anyone on here 100% raw?
Then my...

My dad fasted a lot when I was younger, I knew little about it.
He went on 21 day fasts, but it didn't phase me.
However, now that I'm older, I became more knowledgable in that area, and can...
