I had a 5 gallon bucket for when I could not make it to the garden that I've been putting compost in all winter and spring. It has rained on it and with no holes in the bottom the water just stayed...

I'm shopping for Raw Coconut oil. The last I ordered on line from Alissa has O sat. fat. The stuff I'm looking at at Whole foods has 12.5 sat fat.

WHY IS THERE SUCH A DIFFERENCE?
