Shake: Chard, plant protein Raw powder, frozen blueberries and strawberries, pom seeds, orange, chia seeds, and coconut to top it. Soooo Good.
OH! AND i hit the gym for my cross training and weight lifting session. I was like shaking with energy once I got going. It was amazing. I felt focused and great. I wish my gym was open later but...
