Are you saying if a person isn't 100%, they aren't raw?
Do you eat cashews? Are you positive everything you eat is raw?
OK, I always wondered when I hear people say that. I think the same
info if not worse can also be on the internet. I don't watch the news
or read the papers either, too depressing.
I have a great seminar download from Fred P. about cravings...
he said when he tried to be 100% he would binge...
He found it better to eat steamed veggies then to binge on raw foods.

how is the internet different from watching TV or reading the paper?
Peanuts take forever to digest & they are highly acidic
but don't you think that even eating 100% raw...
food issues are still there?
like if anything, I am an emotional eater, I like to eat when
I am stressed out. I have to address those issues...
I like stevia (liquid steviaclear) in my tea
and if I had to use a sweetener, I think agave is good.
I love bananas, pineapple & kiwi :(

There is something in them that is undigestible but they do have

Well, I take some b12 a couple times a week just to be on the safe side.
I would really hate to fall out & have people think it was because of
me being a raw vegan. I have read of a few raw people...

I would say eat TONS of fruit. If you crave carbs it means you are not getting
