    Hi Twin & Welcome aboard!!!

    I've heard many people say that the more raw you are, the better, so whatever you can do in that direction is great. However, Alissa's book also talks about the difference between almost and 100%,...

    Sounds good to me, Curtis, and I bet your body will thank you for it... I know mine is! I get nothing but the ugliest of looks at work when I drink it, and I just smile away...

    Love to all,...

    Solid = good quality...

    I'm sorry for the confusion. I use that word to mean it's good. I juice everything in it... for the price ($129.00 by me in NY) I think it was quite a good buy!

    Question: How long do juices stay fresh?

    I would like to transport some of my green drink to work... we have a fridge there (even if it's tiny) that I could use. Has anyone ever done this before?

    Thanks!!!

    Hi Nobletroll!

    Like your name ;) ! I tend to agree, that if in fact whole raw foods have everything we need, then we don't need supplements - I think the need might arise with people like me who don't eat a good...

    I'm sorry to start a thread on this (probably) simply question. But many of Alissa's/other's recipes call for soaking dates before putting them in the food processer (ex: fudge balls), does anyone...

    I put in the greens, then the carrot, then the apples - it really was delicious - it tasted much more like apple juice than the dark green veggies it looked like.

    Thanks Edda - I saw the pecan...
