My husband and my favorite recipe for mangos is Mango Cobbler from Ani Phyo's book Ani's Raw Food Kitchen. You could also make a raw ice cream with mangos, cashews, honey, etc.

I agree with Katchmoleen. We are doing a raw version of the Body Ecology Diet by adding in the Young Coconut Kefir and fermented veggies.
