I Have IT! I am just gettting into raw... I orderd a Vitamix .. I think it will help me alot becuase most days i just dont have the energy and it hurts to much to put togther meals..Lets keep in...

I have to say .. really.. Alissa's Book is so complete ...it covers so very much ,I think its worth every penny ..

She has moved by now....hope all is well... she is such a delight and I really miss her being on the board.
