I'm going to be going to Atlanta, and I'd love to hear the scoop on the raw restaurants in the area, since my friend wants to take me out to eat!
Anyone have any thoughts on where...

May I suggest a couple of titles you may find more useful?:
-Raw Food Made Easy for 1 or 2 people by Jenny Cornbleet

Hope this helps!

For a while, while on raw, I was having teeth problems: chipping, sensitivity, cavities.
This stopped when I switched to low-fat raw. My teeth are better than ever! My speculation as to the...

For those who just don't want to do this, though, no worries! Just...

I started raw with a dehydrator, and used it all the time when I first went raw.
Eventually, I found I never used it any more, so I got rid of mine. Now, my diet is incredibly simple, and I...

Some say that eating enough calories from fruits will prevent cravings for cooked starches/fats.
I find this is true for me. See if it works for you...

I've been raw since around January 2004.
I was all raw by Feb. 2004. Ate some cooked foods between October 2005 and March 2006. Back on all raw ever since.
So, a mix of both, I guess. =)

This is excellent! Who says raw fooders don't have abundance? We eat the best food on the planet. =)

Hey everyone,
I thought we could start a "what are you serving" thread - for people to get ideas and to see how varied raw thanksgiving meals can be!
Some of my ideas:

You can have whatever you'd like. =)
Make sure your decisions are YOURS, not OURS.
Hope this helps with something...

Hey there,
This isn't a "pat answer" (which probably wouldn't help so much anyway, since every situation can be slightly different...), but a good resource to check out would be Dr. Graham's...
