    I think so, too. It's not an indulgent kind of craving. It's just different. I'm doing a juice fast right now so it might just be the result of stirring up some imbalances that garlic can address.

    Too much garlic a bad thing?

    Is there any caution to be had in having an entire bulb of garlic throughout the day? That would amount to about 60-80 grams a day.

    Does garlic become unsafe when you reach a certain quantity?
