    periods coming back

    just saw your baby only around 1yr, is very early to be fiddling around or worrying, is not unusual to still be without bleeds yet, relaxing about it will probably help more and they will come back...

    some people do have bleeds without ovulating while feeding look out for the changes in mucus to watch for ovulation. I have had five children conceived while b feeding the last two coming along...

    dont always presume baby not sleeping is out of sorts... the eldest of our six never slept through ( even though we were told it was due to brestfeeding it made no difference when she weaned) and...

    does maca help you lose weight or is it just the skin benefits? dont want to stimulate weight loss while feeding unless naturally paced. noticed it in museli at farm shop wondered what it was....
