All I could find was a raw meetup with over 1400 members so I joined only to see that there are no upcoming...

Hey everyone-

Had my first all raw Italian class a couple of weeks ago.

Before you ask -I don't have recipes! I just wing it. And I can't believe that winging it with the biscotti actually...

I ate at Prana Cafe last week - pretty good.

As far as the waiter told me - only two things on the brunch/breakfast menu were not raw - the sprouted bagel and the warm cereal, but everything else...

I made a similar biscotti recipe recently for a Raw Italian class and I could not believe how close I got to actual biscotti. The strange thing was I could not find hazelnuts anywhere in the area, so...

I will be heading there myself in 10 days and have never been, so please post up pics and reviews! I only knew about Karyn's - not the others.... looking forward to it!:)
