    I actually caved in and ate some guacamole with sliced cucumber "chips" today. I feel 1,000,000x better! I think I just needed the fat. I'm going to switch to a totally liquid diet...

    Guys, I've been juice fasting for around 12 days now.

    I typically have about 2-3 large "cups" of juice during the day.

    I'm not going overload on the sugars, nor am I restricting carbohydrates....
