Isn't the problem with diabetes that blood sugar is too HIGH, not too low? That's why you take insulin: to bring the blood sugar down. Too low blood sugar is a symptom of hypoglycemia, not diabetes.

Just because the temperature doesn't reach the boiling point of water doesn't mean the food won't be cooked. It will still be cooked if you leave it in the crock pot long enough.

Also, watch the top. If it's brown, the mango is already rotting from the inside out. Often in the supermarket here the mangoes have a big brown spot on top, so I skip these.

How ripe is the fruit you eat? If it's not ripe, it constipates.

Just had me some. They are everywhere now. I peel them and slice them up, just like I eat my mangoes. They taste like mangoes too but a little sweeter even.
