at the moment, just banana's as needed! lots of water :)
I do things simply, no oils, no nuts, no fancy extras
in the summer I just buy two cases a week of produce, winter I get food delivery
at the moment, case of banana's..done!
can be as simple...
the pineapple corer works great, I just cut out the core when I am done and pop it in the freezer
makes things speedy!! just waiting for them to go on offer so I can mono meal them..om om!
nothing needs to go in the fridge
Only reason I keep things in there is I tend to buy 15kg of oranges at a time..I dont have room for all those on the counter lol
Completly personal preference...
fruit tea, herbal tea.. theres lots of alternatives
yerba mate, dandelion coffee
I love my tea!! nothing better than sticking the teapot on.. consider it part of being British :) lol

peel them and slice them thin with a v slicer or whatever tool you have handy
or pop them into FP and incorporate them into salad
you can put dressing on them or put them in a salad..or...
I usually only get 2-3 cases at a time for mono
so oranges: they last practically forever in the fridge, I just put them in straight in their cases
melons, same..I can eat a case in a week
I pretty much just eat a fruit diet however I 100% support alissa's approach :) I eat what I want and am drawn to..fresh lovely fruit.. its not for everyone!

coconut oil I put on my skin and just eat straight up!
for deserts yeah firms things up lovely, I prefer coconut butter for richness in this instance
if I purchased items individually it would be insanely pricey!!
for example, 1kg convention cheapest rougest banana's £1.26 or 18kg organic banana's for £15!!
same with oranges, £1 for 1kg...

I think my top tips would be
1. buy bulk- fruit and veg by the case, none of this buying 1kg bags.. buy 10-15kg at a time!
works out about £20 a week, £80 a month

I usually train twice daily, but yesterday did all afternoon session, been up since 5am this morning training. Feels good, lots of energy to use for training!!

I think that combination would make anyone uncomforable. Try just banana, or just strawberries or just mango with some tender greens and work...
