    Hulled Millet

    I think mine were hulled millet. They're so tiny that it's hard to tell if it's got the outer casing or not. They're just bright yellow. I got it at a bulk foods place, so I don't have a package...

    Millet sprouting instructions

    Alissa's book says to soak millet for 5 hrs, but I I let mine soak overnight for 6 or 7 hrs. Then I rinsed and drained 3x the next day, covering the bowl with paper towel after each rinse/drain....
