A lot of the tahina in the store is not raw.
I live in the middle east, and most of the tahina is from cooked sesame seeds (roasted)......therefore it doesn't taste bitter.

But i am overseas, and face some of the same issues.
No dehydrator ( i do have a food processor), no vitamix, and no advocados.
I make a chunky chilli in the blender, lots of salads, also cut...

I've heard those are usually fried.
the ones done at home will be differnt. But I don't have a dehydrator so I can't give u the specs....

Me too, kinda.
But I think also my exercise has slumped (think.....I KNOW!) with the weather and also I have been overeating a bit (a BIT, you know you had two bowls of olive dip last night!)
