High-fruit, almost all fruit is ideal.
Some people are not ready for this or do not want to eat this way. That's fine to. Do what works for you.
I skimmed this tread, so forgive me if I missed something, but a calorie is NOT a calorie.
I eat MUCH MORE (calorie-wise) then I did on SAD, and when I weighed substancially more.

I ate tons of fruit, and as much veggies as I wanted, drank plenty of water and ate some raw seaweeds, and a little bit of added fats (1/4 avocado OR 2 Tbs. seeds OR 2 Tbs....
