Why will adding hot water make it non-raw? I am not sure about this, since adding a little hot water will barely raise the temp of a cold liquid. Just want to make it less cold/room temp.

It sounds like blender is enough for juicing, and add a manual wheatgrass juicer if one is serious about wheatgrass. Since I haven't even started growing it yet, that's something I will keep in mind.
