Great Idea Annie!!
Re: cucumber peels, if it's organic keep it on (even when juicing) as that's where the most nutrients are. If it's not organic peel it, because that's where the most toxins are!

Yes!
I saw a naturopath and she recommended introducing hemp and flax oil into my babbies diet after introducing some other fruits and veggies (after 6 months). Start with a skin test on arm, wait...

My baby practically lives in my ergo carrier. I also bought a cuddly wrap but we only used that in the beginning he quickly became too heavy for a wrap! The ergo is easy on, easy off. I must put him...

Hi Raene,
I have read unassisted books. They are so motivating and comforting and make me feel I could do it easily! But then other peoples fears bring me back down (my husband, my mother, etc.)....

They are mostly raw. I enjoyed them a lot in the beginning until I learned how to make my own goodies. If that's all that's available to you, and they keep you happy and on the raw path, more power...

I occasionally eat them plain (as you would raisins). Have used them in trail mix, raw cacao recipes, and other desserts too.

I agree with the above, I always cut nama shoyu in half when making Rawvolution recipes. Matt's salad recipes are awesome as are his soups! And the onion bread just needs tweaking to meet your own...

I did the course, well informative, there was nothing in it I couldn't and haven't later read in raw cook books, nutrition books and on the net. If I were you I'd save my $600+ and go it your own,...

Half a mini watermelon. What a treat!

Hi Soulshine,
