I've used both and love them. The first one is great because it contains the product but the second one is really useful too, I use a plastic flexi board under it and I have no issues. Happy shopping!

I like to substitute with sprouted buckwheat instead of barley for Alissa's Chili recipe. It's awesome and it so filling especially after I've done some gruelling running or cycling. xoxo

i use the dried vanilla pods, I just split them length-ways with a knife and then scrape out the seeds and use them. I'd be interested to find out other methods of usage though.
