Alissa's stuff is all great quality. I would also consider the dried grren drink mix too, it is LOADED with super-goodness!

I use those items regularly. I would e-mail them if you are really concerned but I think they are pretty reputable companies. They sell both raw and non raw and know the difference.

I keep the left-overs in a jar on the counter. Sometimes it has lasted for a few days, sometimes for up to 2 weels with no problems.

I add water, tablespoon by tablespoon, to that recipe and get "way better than Hershey's syrup' or "Hershey's syrup, poison free!"

Salad, grated veggies, thin smear of almond butter or avocados, wrap in nori sheet, dip in dressing. Quick and yummo (unless your young children have eaten all your nori sheets!)

I don't know about California. Have you googled raw food community in calif? I found a raw community in Hawaii but I don't remember where. I'll google it and see if I can find anything.
