    My wife & I just saw this and were deeply inspired. i just had to post it so other could see... The more i see stuff like this the more raw i wish to go.. her book Live Raw is also a good read.

    Love both Quintessense & Pure Food & Wine. Caravan of Dreams is not 100% raw but they do have many raw dishes that are not to bad.
