I really want a rebounder for Christmas. Looking into Urban Rebounder & Needak, but there are many more out there. We can't afford the Bellicon. Can someone recommend from experience a good one?...

I'm trying to lose a few pounds, and this morning made a drink of coconut water, carob, cacoa, maca, lucuma, mesquite, half a banana, and ice. It was delicious, and I'm hoping low in calories too....

I ran across a refreshing grapefruit smoothie recipe. 1 red grapefruit peeled, etc., 1 cup of ice, stevia or sweetner of your choice, and a big pinch of cumin. Blend well, so tasty!
