How are you storing it? What is the expiration date? Is it homemade? Has it been kept sealed in a jar in the refrigerator? Does it smell rancid and not creamy-sweet?

I keep them in the refrigerator or freezer...The oils in them can go rancid very quickly when stored on the shelf or cupboard or anywhere that is not kept cold.
