My guess is more the salt from the green olives and sea salt, rather than fruit. Not to say that you should go salt free, but that might have just been too much for you that day.

I've got lots of experience with juicers, and finally was able to get a Norwalk. It's got to be about 30 years old! But still as sturdy as ever. I was lucky enough to find someone local that was...

yes, I've read that the neurotransmitters are produced in the gut. heal gut=heal depression

If you're having those problems I would actually go easy on the fiber for the moment and stick with green juices, lemon water...eat your seaweed, too.
-
I have a blendtec and it will most definately get carrots and celery smooth! Especially with liquid! I wonder if yours is bad.
I got mine 2 years ago and it doesn't have the settings you guys...

Yep, I agree with this, I have found the same thing with juices/smoothies if there is much sweet fruit in them.
-
Oh my goodness! That sounds amazing. I can't wait to hear more, and I'm so happy for you! The fruit sounds sooo good.

That sounds awesome, thanks guys! I can't wait to try.

Can anyone tell me how they work, there is no info on their website. I curious about their prices, what is available and when!

This totally sounds like PCOS! The doctors should put you on metformin, or if you wanted to treat it without, you would most likely need to really watch your sugar intake.
-
I agree about checking into PCOS and/or insulin resistance.

If you think you have a problem with fiber, you should probably switch to juicing greens instead of blending them. At least for a while!

According to the pH Miracle Diet by Robert Young, we should be aiming to get our urine to an alkaline state above 7. You can do this by adding lots of greens, and adding pH drops and green powder to...

Oh my gosh. It is an amazing difference! You look soooo much younger, too!
I'm trying to remember what you wrote here, so simple and true!

Your skin looks so clear and flawless! TFS!

Your thoughts are always helpful, Audrey, thanks!
Your site is great-do you have any updated pictures? I'd love to see you farther along now on your journey-it's always inspiring!

You can try concentrating at first on greens (juiced or pureed into soup), raw fats (avocado, hemp, coconut, olive, flax), and non-sweet fruits and vegetables like cucumber, tomato, peppers, lettuce....

In regular baking the soft white wheat berries are used for pastries, cookies, cake, etc. The hard wheat is used for bread and everything else.
Hard wheat makes great crackers-go for it!
-
It will probably keep better if you dehydrate first-almonds are good-maybe you could try a little bit after soaking and see how you like it.
-
Yes, definately for me! I juice all the greens that I don't like to eat raw, or the ones that are too fibrous and tough for smoothies--I prefer the tender greens for smoothies. Try it juiced!
-
Okay. I will look into that one more. thank you~
-
cool, thanks!
Will it even work if there is about 1/2 cup of nuts or seeds?
-
I already have a K-Tec which makes smoothies and soups, etc. very smooth. But, I'm finding it doesn't do small amounts (about 1 cup) very well, especially if it's something thick like dip. So what...
-
Yep! It's continuous. The juice and pulp come out seperately.

That is so great! What style of raw do you tend towards daily, and what kind of fasts do you do, and how long?
