i really want to do a juice fast/feast. however, i've tried a bunch of juices and i really don't like them! has anyone here done a juice fast/feast with only fruit juices?

i've wondered if i should try to use de in my smoothies too...i haven't tried it yet, but it can't hurt. i know alot...

cats are true carnivores, they don't need veggies and certainly not grains. the veggies won't kill them, so...

i like my "green" smoothies to look green ;) so i usually don't put any berries. my favorite right now is spinach, peaches, mango, apple, and water...i usually put in some ground flax seed too.
