I've never been raw to lose weight but from what I understand, if you are actually 100% raw, and fully commited to eating this way, you WILL lose the weight, and you will feel wonderfully.

yes, it has nice anti inflammatory relief....i juice it with other herbs or just add it to a juice i have already made for a little kick and extra nutrition...goes nicely with most things!
