good morning ya'll!!
got up this morning and walked 6 miles and lifted weights (did upper body). i saw 4 deer while i was out walking...2 of them were babies :) . i haven't had anything yet,...

so far today i had:

fresh young coconut
2 bananas
strawberry shortcake ( yum!)

and when i'm done posting this i'm going to have a big fat salad or a green...

hey..count me in too. i fell off big time and gained 10 lbs. i feel horrible! i will also be working out 5 times a week too.:p

you really don't need a dehydrator or juicer to eat raw foods. i use just a blender and processor and i do just fine!( i have a dehydrator but really don't like the way dehydrated...

sorry, don't mean to hijack your thread, but do you know the correct way to pick a coconut? i was just wondering..i always just pick the biggest ones (because i'm greedy like that :p)

i know this is an old post but my friend brought me a watermelon from georgia and it is sooo good. can i save the seeds and plant them next year? do i need to dry them out a certain way?
