i am eating fruit until about 2..in the form of blended puddings usually
a melon blended up., then bananas and berries
mid afternoon a green juice or broad beans
evening a salad...

You can see what i'm actually eating in my journal but here's what I normally have... (not much diff from you!)
Blended melon with ginger OR grapefruit juice OR young coco&water OR fruit pud
Green salad with more blended greens in a dressing on top
Another pud, like bananas and berries or mango and berries, I like fresh figs at the mo too
I used to eat a pud in the morn then for 'lunch' then my salad at night but i've changed it to balance my blood sugar, I think it's working.
I'm 100% raw too.
I usually have a shake of almond milk, banana & carob for breakfast....maybe pudding, maybe fresh fruit......I've also been know to start of the day with Alissa's black forest cake or blueberry pie.
Lunch is usually a salad or just a little of whatever is around and needs to be eaten......I'm trying to add more juices with greens during the day.
Dinner is salad or fruit or some creation from Alissa's book I've tried to make. On night's I work it is often that I just make something for the family and grab a few assorted things.
