Bump! (too short so, bumpity bump bump...bump bump)
When I first went raw vegan, my teeth got quite bad. I spent a few months playing with things to see what the cause was. After much study, for me it was 2 fold. Too much fruit and not enough vits and minerals. (And as I stated in another post about turning yellow, I was drinking ALOT of greens too)
From my study, excess fruit can leach minerals from the system, which is no biggie if ya have lots. Genetics are different and some have better reserves I think and thus suffer fewer problems.
The very first thing that helped was to cut back on sweet fruits all together at first. Uping things like coconut and Avacados helps shore up the loss in calories from not eating high sweet fruits. The extra good fats also gave me alot more energy. Then just be sure to remineralize and only add back the fruits as your body allows. That minor change will help. Also just be sure yer getting enough Vitamin D so that the calcium from the greens is being properlly used.
Tooth powder also helped me alot. Ipsab makes some good stuff. (glycerin in toothpaste adheres to teeth and will retard remineralization)
Good Luck

I had sensitive teeth before raw. This is due to my past gum problems. After going raw and gradually transitioning to high-fruit raw diet, my problems have gone away. No more gum-aches etc. Eating lots of ripe sweet juicy fruit keeps my gums and my whole body hydrated, happy and healthy. And, I enjoy other raw foods as well, but not too much complicated stuff.
