How is everybody doing?
Yesterday, the dog and I walked 1 mile, jogged 2 miles, walked 1 more.
Today, we walked 2 miles, jogged 1 mile, walked 1 more.
I also did 24 push-up's earlier today. I Need to work more on those as I've been neglecting them. I think I should try to do sets of 20 various times during the day and shoot for something like 100 total during the day.
Believe it or not, my foot STILL hurts! Its been an "off" week for me emotionally too...So, I haven't done much exercising this week. But, I'm gonna go to the gym today and work another part of my body cuz I don't wanna get too lazy...
I believe it. Ankles can take time to heal especially if you suffered some swelling. It's best to restrict impact to it until you feel better.
