How To Regrow Cartilage

Hi there. I'm wondering if anybody has some thoughts on how to regrow torn cartilage. My personal situation is I have a torn ACL tendon in my right knee and I want to avoid surgery at all costs.

If you have any thoughts about how to regrow tendons, ligaments or cartilage I would love your ideas! :)
