Hello there! I'm curious to see if anyone has gone through pregnancies raw. I've been 100% for about 4 months now, and I'm currently trying to conceive :)
My question is, should I still take a prenatal vitamin if I'm eating a lot of variety, or is there a raw prenatal that anyone has seen or used?
I eat TONS of greens... one green, packed smoothy, one huge salad and one 'green' juice a day, everyday. I always try to bring a variety of greens in, and I eat lots of nuts, avocadoes, fruits, bananas I love, plus sprouts. I try to be very balanced. I've already been through one pregnancy, but this will be my first raw pregnancy!
Any advice would be great!!
i know nothing about pregnancy . but from my 20 year vegan 7th year high raw angle if you ide
make alot of home made nut / seed milks to up the level of protein and good fats in diet
and you can grow then juice sprouts to get more sprout nutrients in diet
though everything your doing i completely agree with and think your right on target
but i dont like vitamin pills
oh and b vitamins ide up in plant form , im not completely up to date on matter but over the years ive
seen wheat bran / germ , buckwheat sprouts , mushrooms as my vita b sources on raw diet
