I notice after I eat raw, I'm hungry again an hour or two afterwards. Does this happen to any of you? How often do you need to eat?

I've fallen off the 100% raw wagon so this is going off my memory of the last time I went 100% raw. I remember the first week or so I ate like a horse! I was hungry all the time and ate ALOT! After about a week though I found that my appetite changed quite a bit and I started not getting hungry until around 11am where as before I was hungry when I first woke up. And my appetite decreased to around half of what it was during the first week or so. After my body adjusted itself to the raw foods I would have on average 1 liter green smoothie between 11 and 12, a piece of fruit around 2, another piece of fruit around 4, a salad with something nutty or seedy around 7, and a piece of fruit around 9. I dunno if this is average or not, I just eat whenever I'm hungry without self-judgement so if I feel I wanna eat I just do it! I trust my body to guide me with what it needs. I think it depends on what you are eating too, make sure you are getting a good variety so you aren't hungry just for missing nutrients and eat plenty of fruit for carbohydrates, those are my two guide lines anyway :)
I agree with Jessica, in the beginning, I'm ravenous, then I go through periods that I forget to eat! To help satisfy me during the "hungry" times, I make sure to have a little extra fats in the form of coconut oil, hemp oil, nuts, seeds and avocados.
