I just started a raw diet last week (but cheated this weekend!). I've been vegan for 4 years and figured I might as well follow an even more extreme diet while I'm at it :D No, I'm trying to balance my hormones and be healthier in general. Right now I'm struggling with cravings, but I got rid of all the cooked food in the house, so hopefully that will help.
For now I'm mainly drinking green smoothies and eating some fruit as snacks. I ordered a juicer too and I think I may try a juice fast.
Anyway, I'm just hoping I can stick with this.
What is important is staying positive and getting back on the wagon if you fall off.
You will find your own tricks to annihilate the cravings. For me it was mashed avo on flax crackers and also frozen banana ice cream. The different textures was very helpful.

One thing I have found that helps me to defeat cravings, is that I make sure I am getting enough nutrients and that I feel full:) I use Mila to help with this - I have been amazed at how well it has worked for me :D
