I'm trying to eat raw, and it's been really hard with my cravings (I'm used to eating pretty badly) so I'm wondering if I should start with a fast to kinda reset my tastebuds?

ide build up to it . something like fasting 12 hours every day , and eating some cooked whole vegan food on weekends while during week eating raw . get in that groove then keep pushing towards higher and higher raw , and longer fasts
I agree. Any extreme transition may give you serious detox symptoms.
