I'm trying to cut my fat down to keep it 10-15%, but it's hard to do!
I love goddess dressings and avocado-based stuff. Which is fine, I think it's good for me, but the problem is, when I have a HUGE salad, I use up a lot of dressing, haha!
So what are some of your favorite low-fat high carb raw dressings?
I'm totally fine with the use of vinegars, I'm not against them :eat
