Juicing / solid food question
There is so much information out there on juicing and I had a few questions for the Forum:
* Juice fast means no solids, right? I have read (and believe to be true) that a "juice fast" involves consuming only liquid. I have seen where people juice for one or two meals and then eat solids for the last meal, and that was confusing to me. I only drink liquid for my fast.
* I have always juiced my fruits and veggies and drank that straight. But I recently read that the "straight" method equals a concentrate and water should be added to the concentrate, and the result of that combination will be what I measure for my daily consumption. I have been drinking 64oz of concentrate a day (plus tons of water), which method is correct? Or does it matter?
