Ok...I'm getting the "Chef itch" again!!! Time to make something I've never made before!!! Yep, it's time to make Land and Sea from Alissa's 2nd book, Raw Food For Everyone!!!! The recipe is on page 350. To make the recipe from start to finish will require 1 week to make it. I want to make it exactly the way that Alissa has it outlined in her book . Each step will be shown here. I'll post photos (of course...you KNOW me...) along the way. I hope that you will join me!!!!
It's actually a very simple recipe to make. Waiting on the Rejuvelac is just time consuming, but once that's made it's smooth sailing!!!!!!
Ok, so the first step to making the recipe is to make Grezzo Cheese on page 132. I do not have anymore in my freezer, so I need to restock it anyway. To make the Grezzo Cheese, I need to make more Rejuvelac, so today I will be soaking my Wheat Berries and Rye Berries. It takes 6 days to make Rejuvelac with all the soaking/sprouting time. Then, I will make the Grezzo Ricottta Cheese on page 146, then the Land and Sea on page 350.
