Newbie Here:)
Hello, I just found this site and joined. I was researching recipes for green smoothies and tonight I've been on the computer for hours writing down info on healthier eating. I want to start over and cut a lot of things out of my diet and start eating MUCH healthier. I'd also like to buy a juicer and try some natural things that grow around my area, such as dandelion greens and nettle. Thanks for having me, looking forward to getting to know you all:)

A juicer is a great idea!
I find a lot of recipes scare me to death and taste disappointing...thankfully, there's Jason Vale!!! :)
Check out juicemaster.com - his juices always taste so good!
My favorite green juice of his:
"SuperJuice":
1/2 lime
2 apples
1/4 pineapple
1/4 cucumber
*juice these
*blend with 1/4 avocado, 1 tsp spirulina powder, 1 shot of wheatgrass (or wheatgrass powder), 1 capsul of friendly bacteria and 4 ice cubes
*enjoy!
Try it and see what you think!
