Another fellow l know works 12 hours a day, goes to bed at 11pm, wakes up at 1am and then meditates to 7am and then gets ready for work. l try meditating or 6 hours a night, but it has been difficult lately because l have had ALOT of research to do behind the scenes into the law and spiritual activity...got thousands and thousands of pages to write and haven't even had time to do the sprouting website or do the raw food research that l need to be doing. l need 50 hours in the day because l am hopelessly bogged down of late, l can't even post here much at the moment.
