Oh boy I had a juice with all of these in it this morning... Broccoli, Kale, Cucumber, Green Cabbage, Bok Choy, Romaine Lettuce, Fennel, Ginger and then I added some beets in at the end to level it out a bit. Our guest that is staying with us liked it before and said she liked slightly bitter juices. I think I have gotten where I can drink almost any juice, but I wanted to add some beets to smooth it out for others...haha
going to pick alot of weeds to juice tomorrow , gotta bunch of russian comfrey going to try juicing .
the roots more medicinally active than stem/leaf so shall dig up a bunch . its advised not to be

Later I will have chia, oatgrass, sunflower, and a little buckwheat juice.
I've decided to juice rye, barley, and oatgrass over wheatgrass just in case I'm allergic to wheat (not just gluten, which I don't think wheatgrass juice has any of). Many people are apparently very slightly allergic to wheat and gluten, not enough so that you'd notice anything after drinking it but it will still impact your health in the long run.
Wheatgrass juice is still amazing; given the choice between wheatgrass juice or no grass juice, I'd definitely take the wheatgrass juice. But if a lot of people are slightly allergic to wheat, it's probably safer to stick with the other grass juices.
I'm having:
Spinach
Parsley
Golden Beets
Apple
Carrots
Celery
Over 90 million people in the US are allergic to gluten, just not to the degree that they notice negative symptoms forom eating it, but the inflammation slowly but surely ruins their health. I doubt that the article was about a study where the people who gave up gluten were tracked over 30+ years. And besides, they were probably still eating crappy processed foods, so the difference would be slight - most of them would still end up with all kinds of diseases.
I wasn't talking about gluten anyway (I don't think the grasses have it anyway), but being allergic to wheat itself. There's a difference.
I was only saying. No need to stress so.
I'm not stressing at all...?
I just like sharing information. I sure didn't mean to offend you in any way.
Oh my, that's a lot of typos I had (this keyboard is horrible, I normally have to look over my posts and ifx a good dozen or so typos every post, that doesn't happen with other keyboards), but I was short on time and didn't look it over at all. Is that what you were talking about?
^ I think I got them all :)
