Had some home-grown lentil sprouts last night for the first time in ages and they were really yummy. I guess I had too many previously but now I like them again :)
Maybe I could try chickpeas again on the same basis.

l have gone through a huge amount of lentil sprouts in the last 12 months. Before that was eating loads of alfalfa and mung bean sprouts.
Now l am also growing several HUGE jars (3 liter/6 quart jar) of fenugreek sprouts for juicing along with 4 large trays of pea shoot greens, wheatgrass, sunflower greens and chia greens for daily juice, and also a big jars of alfalfa sprouts....got trays of greens and jars of sprouts everywhere. l now soak up to 10 jars of various sprouts each night. l want to see how this all ends, that's why l am making the effort...want to drink 2 quarts of sprout juice (the most potent sprout juices) and at least half a quart of wheatgrass juice a day along with having sprouted cold pressed nut/seed butters and eating various sprouts. The diet is worked out so l won't over alkalise.
