Hey yau'll!!! So far I've only had Cherries, 1/2 of a Cantelope and 1/2 of a Pineapple. I'm kinda just nibbling today. I do have a taste for something "meaty", so I cut a large Portobella Mushroom and put in a baggy with Marinade. I'm gonna stick this in the Big "D" for about an hour, then have it on a Salad.....YUMMMY!!!!

It's been an odd day. Stayed raw but nearly ate cooked rubbish in the afternoon. The feeling passed :) Lots of fruit today then salad with marinated mushroom and avo for supper. May have some kale chips later but otherwise I'm ready for bed.Lots of seeds and suchlike are growing and soaking. Looking forward to some green juice soon. If the weather is good tomorrow then the peas might be ready.
Hey Mystic...it's been an odd day for me too so far... I feel kinds "off" today and I don't know why. Feeling kinda hormonal maybe... Maybe I haven't eaten enough... Part of me feels like un-cooking up a storm (I even started a new thread to make Land and Sea from RFFE), and part of me doesn't want to be in the kitchen.
I'm still waiting in my Marinated Portobello, so I'm gonna curl up in bed and watch episodes of Mission Impossible...I just LOVE that show!!! :)
Yesterday I had 2 bananas for breakfast. Later in the day I had a large mixed greens salad with alfalfa, mung, broccoli, radish sprouts, sunflower seeds. For dinner I chopped up some tomatoes, cauliflower, cucumber and had a dressing of tahini, sesame oil and basil with a few sesame seeds sprinkled on it.
Today I started off with more bananas. I don't think I'll ever get tired of eating bananas!
Last night, I had a tomato soup in the blender I made with cashews, basil, salt, pepper and few other things. I also had Crystal’s Asian Slaw. I also had some cooked food. I would like to blame it on the fact that I did not have any ripe avocados and I ended up hungry, roaming the house and looking for something to eat. In truth, though, it was just my fault.
Today, I had chia seed pudding with chopped up bananas and raw honey. I also had 2 oranges and later slices of apple dipped in a mixture of ground sesame seeds, raw honey, agave and sunflower seed butter.
Right now, I feel very satisfied and full. I have to plan my raw fats just right or I end up starving. I think that was part of my problem last night. I had to soup first instead of last. It was nice and fatty. I think eating stuff later stimulated my appetite.
Tonight, I am thinking about this avocado/spinach/sesame-seed dip thing that I saw posted on the vitamix facebook page. (If it’s good, I will post the details later.) I am also going to have more Asian slaw. I will have the slaw first, wait a while and then have the nice, fatty dip later. I need to figure out something to dip in it. Dipping veggies is getting boring, but I don’t think I have a choice right now. I need to get back to making crackers of some kind. I just got so tired of flax there for a while.
Anyway, tomorrow is the start of a new month, but I will be damned if I use that as an excuse to eat cooked food again tonight!
Also, my shipment of raw nuts and seeds is waiting for me at the house. I have been slowly running out of stuff.

I had more of Crystal's Asian slaw and the above dip. I dipped slices of bell pepper. Thw dip was a nice change up from the guacamole (but very similar).
My buddy and I fired up a two hour tennis session tonight. We played two games (about 15 sets). We are both out of shape. He is not raw though. I don't know how he keeps up with me. Tonight he called it quits, though. I had boundless energy. I body was sore by I could easily go another hour or two. The adrenaline is pumpin (if you didn't notice). Heh
Fruit sounds good right now, but I am honestly not hungry. (does adrenaline do that?) I think I'll just hit the hay.
