5 months on Raw lot of great changes!
As the title says, I have been on Raw diet for 5 months now. I don't call it diet it became part of my lifestyle, what i did through these 5 months was drinking a glass of juice every day. Which cointained 4,5 fruits, i know some of you may think its not enough but i have shred lot of fat of my midsection, now i am so close to six pack but can't get the edge on pulling it off that last but of fat. I hope someone can help me, I stopped doing cardio since the first month burned lot of my leg muscles and it isn't for me, I do weight lifting and playing soccer. So will i get that bit of fat off, with change of eating/juicing?
