hi Marilyn,
I have been suffering with this same complaint for ages. I live in China by the way so lots local tropical fruit available.
I went raw 9 days ago and the pain in my arm has diminished, my overall stiffness in the morning has nearly gone completely which I was very worried about.
I am quite an active person so I believe the stiffness was not caused by inactivity but by diet. I can only relate my experience.
Paw paw/papaya is great for breakfast, young coconut a day, mangoes and bananas. I also eat a huge bowl of salad a day with lots of mung bean sprouts.
I start the day with 2 big glasses of warm water with lemon juice. Something is working, I feel better than ever.
