I have a blendtec but it don't get my cashew cheese smooth, it still has lumps. :groan: How do you all manage to get it so smooth? Any advice?? Thanks so much in advance!!

You can rub it through a fine sieve or leave the lumps and call it cottage cheese or coarse pate instead!
Also soaking the cashews beforehand softens them up so they blend smoother.
